Bug du formulaire d'inscription

Bonjour, j'essaie de m'inscrire sur crépuscule, mais après avoir fait mon background et tout, lorsque je suis rendu à faire le questionnaire ça m'affiche ça:

Pour le questionnaire, pas de panique, il est périmé et en train d'être refait, on ne se base pas la dessus pour accepter les joueurs actuellement.
On a bien reçu ta candidature, pas la peine de nous la renvoyer (encore).
