Formulaire d'inscription

Bonjour,

Ce n'est pas relatif au jeu mais au forum, j'espère ne pas commettre une erreur en postant dans cette catégorie. Si c'est le cas n'hésitez pas à déplacer ou à supprimer mon post.

Sur la page inscription (http://www.au-crepuscule.com/?page=inscription) j'ai ces messages au début de la page :

et lorsque passe à l'étape suivante "Procéder au formulaire d'inscription", j'ai ces message là et rien d'autre :

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/aucrep5/public_html/index.php:9) in /home/aucrep5/public_html/pages/inscription/index.php on line 169

Voilà, comme ca le bug est remonté
Du coup ma question : est-ce que mon inscription à bien été prise en compte ? Si non, y a t'il une solution autre ?

Nous avons bien reçu l'inscription. Elle est à l'étude, une réponse vous sera donnée d'ici un ou deux jours au maximum.
